NOTE: Clicking on most pics will bring them up, much enlarged, in another window.

It seems that I must put this statement on each page of the website.

I have NO affiliation

with

SIG Manufacturing Co.

I do not  have magical access to kits.  I do not  have a store that sells kits.

I do not  have access to, or sell kit parts.  I do not  create kits.

I do have a website that shows every kit SIG has ever put out.

 You are seeing it now.

Just for information purposes, many active kits have various spare parts available directly through the SIG website.  Each active kit on this page includes links to available kit plans and articles.

Ross Flyer

1967

Designed by: Clark Ross

Wingspan - 16"

Sig Air Modeler magazine's Ross Flyer.

Clark Ross designed the "Ross Flyer", an entry level indoors "stick" rubber model, publishing it in Sig's Air Modeler Magazine in 1967. The structure is quite simple to build and lightweight tissue would be adequate to cover the single-surfaced flying surfaces. Moderate care needs to be taken with the fabrication and installation of the wing's "parasol" wire supports.

I recently came across a kit of the Ramrod-250 with a significant error on the plansheet - listing it with kit # FF-10.  Through several other records, the Ramrod-250 was definitely FF-6.  I have no idea how long this error was reprinted, but it might be worth some research.
